may be returned if unopened and unused for store credit. Manufacturers
will give a refund if a reaction has occurred. You will need to see
the physician or the PA for any reaction per manufacturers request.
The reaction visit can be a walk in and will not incur a charge.
CONSULT CHARGE:
There is a $60 consult fee for initial evaluation or
reevaluation of a patient. The initial consult fee will be discounted at
the time of the first service.
