Wondering what to expect from a visit to Timeless Skin Solutions? Here’s how the process typically works – from consultation to treatment.
We commit to listen to you and provide you with the education and knowledge you need to understand your options for improving the look and health of your skin. We also commit to making sure you understand what to expect before, during and after your treatment. Your skin is unique, so we commit to take the time to address your individual concerns with comprehensive consultations, proven courses of treatment, and physician-directed aftercare. We commit to respect your right to confidential care and ensure your privacy at every turn.
No-Pressure Consultation
Get face time with our medical professionals to discuss your specific goals. You deserve our very best. During your 30 to 40 minute consultation:
you will meet with a member of the medical team for a private consultation to discuss your concern areas and possible treatments.
Your medical provider will remove your makeup so that they can get a closer look at your skin. Photos are taken so that you and Your provider can review areas of concern.
You will receive the timeless skinscript, a recommended comprehensive treatment plan, including a medical-grade skin care plan, complete with pricing and next steps.
Already know what treatment you want to do? In many cases you can book your consultation and treatment on the same day.
How to Come Prepared
Before your appointment, you may complete the new patient forms online using the link below. The process takes less than 5 minutes and is fully digital! Plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you prefer to fill out the new patient forms in-office.
If you complete the forms online, please still arrive 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary additional medical information and to have photos taken for your medical record. Also bring your insurance card or a copy of it, if applicable, for any future medications we may prescribe.
How and When Do I Pay?
Our treatments are considered elective care, and therefore not generally covered by insurance. However, we are able to give you a letter of medical necessity for you to submit to your insurance company.
We charge an up-front $60 fee for consultations. If you move forward with treatment, or if we are unable to address your concern, your account will be credited the full cost of your consultation.
