We are first and foremost a medical practice, but being a medical practice does not have to mean cold and clinical. We prioritize making every patient feel heard and supported, ensuring they are informed about what to expect before, during and after their treatment. With comprehensive consultations and physician-directed care, we treat each patient as an individual, addressing their specific concerns with proven treatment plans. Our patient care coordinators and medical providers are always available to answer questions, and we provide detailed before and aftercare instructions. We are proud to consistently surpass the national average in patient satisfaction and referrals.

As part of DOCS Dermatology, one of the largest dermatology groups in the nation, our dedicated team delivers expert aesthethic care to our patients in Dublin, New Albany and Kettering, Ohio.

Who We Are

In 2004, Dr. Carol L. Clinton introduced and launched a new type of medical practice with a vision for the future. Early on, she saw a need to create a non-surgical skin care practice based on medicine, science and technology, and wanted to create an environment where she could apply her extensive knowledge of medicine and patient care in partnership with the emerging field of aesthetic medicine.

Today, under the direction of medical director, Dr. Erin Olah and Dr. Matthew Bakos, Timeless Skin Solutions hand-selects and trains the best and brightest medical providers who embody the same vision of patient care. Our approach is a collaboration between the patient and their provider, where we listen to understand your goals and educate you on achieving the natural results you desire. Our Timeless providers are in the top 1% of the country in injectable fillers and Botox and maintain a 90% patient satisfaction rating.
