Carol Atley, RN, brings 14 years of nursing experience and nearly two decades in dermatology to her role as a cosmetic nurse. A proud graduate of Hondros College School of Nursing in West Chester, Carol has been with DSWO/DOCS for almost 20 years, starting as a receptionist and advancing through roles such as medical assistant, registered nurse, office manager, and regional manager before finding her passion as a cosmetic RN.
For the past five years, Carol has specialized in cosmetic dermatology, offering a wide range of treatments including chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow, Hydrafacial, laser hair removal, microneedling, Miradry, and more. Her extensive experience and patient-centered approach have earned her the trust of those seeking to achieve healthy, glowing skin.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Carol's work is helping women struggling with facial hair through laser hair removal. Seeing their confidence restored and hearing how the treatment has been life-changing reinforces her belief that while she may not be saving lives, she is profoundly improving them.
