Behind the Mask with Erin Olah, MD
Medical Director & Attending Physician, New Albany
What is your favorite book this summer and why is it a must-read?
I recently read
Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis, that talks about advancing your inner self. It’s always good to be reminded to do some self care.
What is your go-to activity to have fun?
Hiking with my family! This year we had the opportunity this year to hike all over the state of Ohio, taking many day trips to enjoy the outdoors and all that Ohio has to offer.
If you have a regular exercise routine, what is your favorite activity?
I enjoy the
Peleton app, and especially instructors
Allie Love and
Cody Rigsby - I love these two! The music is great and it keeps me motivated to do it again the next day.
Guilty pleasures ... we all have them, what's yours?
Salt and Vinegar potato chips and anything involving cheese.
What are your two favorite treatments that you LOVE to do at Timeless?
I love
Voluma because it helps to maintain the structure that adds to the youthful shape of the face. With such a great foundation all the other treatments are enhanced. I also love
IPL to remove that sun damage that shows up as brown spots, lines, and wrinkles.
I wish people knew "this" about me...
If you remember the movie
27 Dresses you will appreciate “this” about me ... I have been a bridesmaid in 15 weddings!
What does the future of skincare look like to you?
I think it will be a combination of continuing to advance the process of stimulating our own collagen while also using fillers to create immediate results.
