We are thrilled to welcome Emily Brown, PA-C, as our newest provider at Timeless Skin Solutions! After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in anthropology from The Ohio State University, Emly spent a year teaching English in South Korea before pursuing a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Dayton. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, and geriatric medicine. She also served on the front line as a primary care provider during the COVID pandemic, when she “guided patients during an unprecedented health crisis.” The work, however, took its toll. Emily says, “I desired a shift from clinical medicine to aesthetic medicine to incorporate more creativity into my practice.” “I view aesthetics as the intersection of medicine, science, and artistry. I also enjoy performing procedures, creating tangible change, and forging long-standing relationships with patients – which are large parts of aesthetic medicine.” As for why Emily decided to join #TeamTimeless, she points to a combination of things that include the emphasis on evidence-based medicine and patient safety, the collaborative environment, and the fact that Timeless is an outcome-driven practice. We had the chance to chat with Emily about some of her favorite products and treatments, as well as how she likes to spend her free time.

What is your favorite treatment?

Botox, I’m a lifer!

What is your favorite skincare product?

Sunscreen! SkinMedica Total Defense and Repair and SkinMedica Essential Defense are my two favorites.

What does the future of skincare look like to you?

I see an emphasis on prevention that includes skin cancer prevention with sunscreen and aging prevention with sunscreen, growth factors, retinols, antioxidants, hydrators, and ceramides.

What is your favorite restaurant or go-to dish?

SPICY chicken tikka masala, vegetable samosa, naan bread

Guilty pleasure?

Puns, dad jokes, chocolate cake, and audiobooks

Tell us about your family

I have a happy little family of four that includes my husband, Dave, son Harrison (2 years old), and daughter Daisy (almost 1 year old).

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love being outdoors – hiking, tennis, walking - and exercising. I also enjoy cooking and baking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
