Making the Call
When you make the initial call to Timeless, or perhaps send us an email or text message, we assure you that our Patient Care Advisor (PCA) will ease your mind and provide everything you need to know about Timeless. The PCA will ask about your areas of concern or where you would like to see change and then set up an initial consult with one of our medical providers.
Our initial consultation fee is $60 and is collected at the time of booking. You will be scheduled for 30 to 40 minutes with one of our providers, you can use as much or as little of the time to discuss your personal skincare goals.
Already know what you want to do? In many cases you can book your consultation and treatment the same day.
Your First Visit
At Timeless, the experience we provide our patients is nearly as important as the industry-leading services that we offer. Each of our offices in
Dublin and
New Albany offers an intimate boutique setting, designed to help you feel relaxed. One of our Patient Care Coordinators (PCC) will greet you upon arrival, and walk you through the next steps of your appointment. After any necessary paperwork is completed, the PCC will take some initial photos (your ‘Befores’) in private so that we are able to track the changes to your skin following treatments and product recommendations.
Your Personal SkinScript
We are committed to listening to your concerns and providing options for improving the look and health of your skin. Your skin is unique, so your plan should be too. During your initial consultation and in every appointment after, we take the time to address your individual concerns with a comprehensive consultation, proven courses of treatment, and physician-directed care.
Exclusive to Timeless, the
SkinScript is a personalized plan, based on your aesthetic goals, your skin’s needs, our providers’ recommended treatments, and medical-grade skincare, complete with pricing and next steps. The comprehensive SkinScript includes a range of treatments – including a variety of options at different budget levels – that will improve your skin’s natural beauty and overall health.
When developing a patient’s SkinScript, our providers not only take into consideration the skincare needs and goals, but also budgetary constraints, downtime, social impacts, and more. Dr. Olah explains that there are typically a variety of ways to achieve skincare goals, “and the SkinScript helps us to identify the best way to achieve them for that particular patient.”
